1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Skrin website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Skrin provides business consulting and services to connect employers with qualified candidates. Our services include job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, Technical Assessment & Screening coordination, and placement support. We act as an intermediary between employers and job seekers.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or abuse our services or platform
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

4. Employer Terms

Employers using our services agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations
• Pay agreed-upon fees for successful placements or services rendered
• Provide timely feedback to candidates during the Technical Assessment & Screening process
• Honor any offers made to candidates sourced through Skrin
• Not solicit or hire candidates directly without going through Skrin during the contract period

5. Candidate Terms

Candidates using our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in applications and CVs
• Keep their profile and contact information up to date
• Respond promptly to communications from Skrin or potential employers
• Attend scheduled Technical Assessment & Screenings and meetings as agreed
• Notify Skrin immediately if they accept a position elsewhere
• Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or credentials

6. Fees and Payment

Our services to candidates are provided free of charge. Employers are charged fees based on the service model chosen (permanent placement, staffing, or project-based). Specific fee structures and payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements with employers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Skrin website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Skrin or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skrin acts as an intermediary between employers and candidates. While we conduct screening and verification to the best of our ability, we do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users. Skrin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

9. Guarantees and Refunds

For permanent placements, we offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days for reasons related to performance or fit, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional fee. This guarantee does not apply to voluntary resignations for reasons unrelated to the position.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CEPANI). The arbitration shall take place in Brussels, Belgium, and shall be governed by Belgian law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
